Job responsibilities

  • Develop social media positioning and communication concepts for the agency's client brands;
  • Schedule and publish approved content; ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms;
  • Ensuring timely and accurate content publishing;
  • Monitoring social media metrics and identifying key insights;
  • Manage communities: monitor comments and inbox, respond to inquiries, escalate sensitive cases according to brand guidelines;
  • Track trends, competitor activity and platform updates; turn them into concrete content ideas;
  • Collect performance data and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and next-step recommendations;
  • Developing optimization recommendations based on performance data;

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management (agency experience is an advantage);
  • Higher education (Marketing, PR, Communications or related field);
  • Portfolio of brand accounts you have managed;
  • Strong analytical skills: confident use of native platform analytics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio);
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills;
  • Perfect knowledge of Azerbaijani, good knowledge of English;
  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously, work to deadlines and under pressure;
  • Creativity, attention to detail, strong teamwork and communication skills.
