Job title: SMM Manager (Preference will be given to experienced and strong candidates with experience in the restaurant and hotel industry).

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing a content plan: creating texts, defining categories, and shaping the visual style.
• Managing and growing accounts on Instagram and TikTok.
• Writing engaging and sales-driven posts, stories, and scripts for Reels.
• Organizing and overseeing photo and video shoots.
• Setting up, launching, and analyzing advertising campaigns.
• Engaging with comments and direct messages, maintaining audience involvement.
• Analyzing content effectiveness and preparing reports.

Requirements:

• At least 3 year of experience in SMM.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar programs.
• Basic knowledge of advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and proactiveness.
• Ability to handle negative feedback and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Sent verified case studies from real projects
• Strong proficiency in Russian, English is considered an advantage.
