We are looking for a Organizational Psychologist with a strong academic background, practical experience, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
An international educational background, relevant professional certifications, and experience in diverse or multicultural environments will be highly valued.
Requirements
- A degree in Psychology from an international university;
- A Master’s degree and/or additional specialization is an advantage;
- Professional experience in psychological counseling or psychological services;
- International and/or local professional certifications are an advantage;
- Knowledge of modern psychotherapy and psychological assessment methods;
- Advanced English language proficiency is an advantage;
- Strong analytical thinking, adherence to professional ethical standards, and effective communication skills;
- Openness to continuous professional development and international approaches in psychology.
