Key Responsibilities:

• Follow scheduled fitness appointments and ensure that sessions are conducted according to the established timetable.
• Review guest profiles and adapt exercises according to individual needs, physical condition and possible contraindications.
• Welcome guests, answer their questions and provide professional assistance throughout their fitness experience.
• Conduct sports and fitness sessions in accordance with Chenot standards and guests’ individual needs.
• Ensure safe use of fitness equipment and immediately report any potential safety risks or hazards.
• Guide guests to their next scheduled procedure or department in accordance with their individual program.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper organization of the fitness area and take proper care of equipment.
• Monitor professional products, supplies and fitness equipment used within the department.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism and high service standards while working effectively as part of the SPA team.
