Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAT Maths Instructor role based in Baku. The SAT Maths Instructor will design and deliver engaging lessons that cover all SAT Math topics, including algebra, geometry, data analysis, and problem-solving strategies. The role involves preparing lesson plans, teaching group and individual classes, assigning and reviewing practice work, and providing detailed feedback to help students improve their scores. The instructor will track student progress, adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance Glodemia’s exam preparation programs. The role also includes occasional participation in parent meetings, workshops, and internal training sessions to maintain high teaching standards.

Qualifications

• Strong SAT Math expertise, including a solid grasp of core high school mathematics and standardized test problem-solving techniques.
• Demonstrated teaching or tutoring experience in mathematics, preferably with SAT or other standardized exams.
• Ability to create clear, structured lesson plans and use varied instructional methods to support diverse learners.
• Excellent communication skills in en_US, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, encouraging way.
• Organizational skills for managing class schedules, tracking student performance, and maintaining accurate records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Baku and collaborating with a team-oriented academic environment.
• Commitment to student success, patience, and a professional, inclusive approach to learners from different backgrounds.
