О роли
- Provide academic, administrative, and strategic leadership for the Department of Psychology.
- Lead the development and review of academic programs and curricula.
- Support high standards in teaching, research, assessment, and student engagement.
- Promote research activities, publications, and local and international academic collaboration.
- Support the professional development of academic staff.
- Coordinate departmental planning, reporting, and quality-assurance activities.
- Represent the department within the University and in external academic and professional networks.
Xüsusi tələblər
- A PhD in Psychology or a closely related field.
- A strong record of university-level teaching and academic research.
- Academic leadership or relevant administrative experience.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Azerbaijani.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in departmental or academic-program leadership.
- Experience in curriculum development and quality assurance.
- A strong publication record and experience with international academic collaboration.
