Ensure the effective implementation of the IB programs and collaborate closely with the Principal, Deputy Heads, IB Program Coordinators, and colleagues to develop and implement a relevant, challenging, and balanced curriculum;Develop and prepare lesson plans that align with the abilities and age levels of students and encourage all students to participate in class;Set high expectations for students in physical education, promote a healthy lifestyle through personal example, and ensure the well-being of students;Support the professional development of the team as a member of the physical education team and share effective teaching strategies and lesson plans with other team members;Prepare appropriate assessment tasks that enhance student learning and ensure timely and effective feedback;Establish effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues;Participate in professional development programs, morning meetings, and other professional development opportunities;Assist in other duties and tasks as required by the Head of School or Deputy Heads of School.
