Driving profitable revenue growth by overseeing commercial activities throughout the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) processValidating risk versus reward considerations, including contractual terms, technical risk, payment security, and overall deal profitabilityDeveloping and executing regional commercial and pricing strategies aligned with business objectivesLeading or supporting Early Engagement (EE) and Must Win (MW) opportunities, tenders, and strategic commercial projectsCollaborating with sales, engineering, supply chain, legal, finance, and product line teams to optimize commercial outcomesSupporting pricing initiatives, tender benchmarking, and margin improvement projects across assigned regionsMaintaining governance and compliance with commercial policies, procedures, and risk management frameworksManaging the transition from ITO to Order-to-Remittance (OTR) to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction Xüsusi tələblər Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeHave a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)Have strong experience in Commercial, Sales, Tendering, or Bid Management rolesHave proven experience within the Oil & Gas industryHave demonstrated experience managing Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) processes, commercial negotiations, and pricing strategiesHave experience evaluating commercial risks, contract terms, profitability, and margin optimizationHave strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadersHave experience working with commercial tools and platforms such as CPQ, Quote Machine, Deal Machine, or similar systemsHave strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilitiesHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsHave the ability to travel approximately 20–40% as required
