Preparation of daily and periodic sales reports based on internal targets, business needs, and customer requests.Preparation of weekly import/export reports and monthly market share analysis, including presentations for management.Preparation and coordination of export sales activities and related documentation.Close collaboration with Logistics and Finance departments to ensure accurate reporting and smooth commercial operations.Support in forecasting sales volumes and demand planning based on historical data, market trends, and customer feedback.Preparation of ad-hoc commercial analyses, reports, and dashboards to support management decision-making.Preparation and administration of sales and purchase contracts, including related documentation and follow-up activities.Support in verification, maintenance, and proper archiving of sales-related documentsPreparation of documentation related to tenders, commercial offers, and customer proposals.Maintenance and distribution of reports, databases, and files related to the activities of the Commercial Support team.Preparation of additional sales and performance reports using relevant systems such as SAP, CRM, and QlikView.Registration of customers in the CRM system and support in the creation and maintenance of sales contracts.
