О роли

About the Role:

Product Manager / Vendor Business Manager is responsible for managing assigned vendor relationships and supporting the development of the vendor’s business across the Caucasus and Central Asia.

The role serves as the main coordination point between the vendor, local sales teams, presales, business development, marketing, procurement, and other internal departments.

Job Responsibilities

· Maintain day-to-day communication with assigned vendors.

· Request, review, and coordinate vendor quotations and commercial terms.

· Prepare localized quotations and commercial proposals for regional markets.

· Coordinate opportunities between vendors, Sales, Presales, BDM, Marketing, and Procurement teams.

· Support sales teams with product information, pricing, availability, and vendor positioning.

· Track active opportunities, vendor requests, quotations, and follow-up actions.

· Coordinate vendor programs, certifications, campaigns, and enablement activities.

· Support the preparation of business plans, forecasts, QBRs, and vendor reports.

· Assist Marketing with webinars, partner events, product launches, and campaigns.

· Monitor market activity and communicate relevant opportunities to internal teams.

· Maintain vendor documentation, pricing information, and product updates.

Experience

· 2–3 years of experience in IT distribution, vendor management, product management, or business development.

· Understanding of enterprise IT products and channel sales.

· Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to manage multiple vendor and internal requests.
