О роли
We are seeking a visionary Manager of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial growth strategy and drive revenue performance across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in hospitality sales, digital marketing, revenue management, and brand positioning. You will develop and execute innovative, data-driven initiatives that increase market share, optimize occupancy and ADR, and elevate profitability—positioning Hotels Group LLC as the preferred choice in each of our markets.
Key responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue, market share, and occupancy goals
- Increasing Occupancy Rate of hotel and Conference Rooms
- Growth in Corporate and Individual Sales
- Brand Perception — What Comes to Mind When People Hear “FLY INN” of “River INN Resort & SPA”
- Drive sales performance through proactive account management and revenue optimization initiatives
- Growth of the Corporate Sales Segment
Marketing & Brand Management
- Increasing Market Share of the company
- Development of a Comprehensive Brand Book
- Manage online presence and reputation across digital platforms, including social media, OTAs, and review sites.
- Lead marketing campaigns, promotional events, and partnerships to drive brand awareness and bookings.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve departmental and individual targets.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for team members.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting sales performance and ROI.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with at least 1–3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and developing successful sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution channels, digital marketing, and revenue management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, PMS, and digital marketing tools.
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in a resort hotel.
