We look for curious, thoughtful and responsible people who enjoy understanding how systems work, solving business problems, and translating ideas into clear technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Map business processes and system workflows, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
• Use SQL and Excel to explore data, validate assumptions and support business decisions
• Collaborate with developers and designers to clarify requirements, flows and integration needs
• Prepare test scenarios, support user acceptance testing and document issues

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency in English; Russian is an advantage
• Basic SQL skills and confidence working with Excel
• Understanding of software development fundamentals, databases and APIs
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and process diagrams
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, draw.io or Postman is an advantage
