Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Gather project requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to develop a detailed project plan.
• Identify project risks, constraints, and assumptions.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and ensure clear ownership of tasks.
• Lead and manage team members, set performance expectations, and guide the project throughout its lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, including critical path analysis and milestones.
• Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues.
• Plan risk response strategies and mitigation actions to keep the project on track.
• Maintain project documentation, including project charters and requirements, ensuring all project-related documents are accurate and accessible.
• Ensure clear and open communication among cross-functional team members.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports.
• Define and manage project scope, including handling change requests and scope creep, while ensuring alignment with core project objectives.
• Provide 24/7 support during critical issues to ensure project continuity, and lead rapid decision-making when needed.

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of software or product lifecycle management.
• Proven work experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Product Owner, Agile Coach, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with Risk Management and Quality Assurance oversight.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong ability to understand client/business requirements is essential.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani; Advanced level of English.
