What You'll Do:
- Lead project planning by defining scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, constraints, and assumptions, and plan mitigation and response strategies to keep projects on track.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear task ownership and setting performance expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, including critical path analysis and key milestones.
- Maintain accurate, accessible project documentation, including charters and requirements.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports, ensuring clear, open communication across teams.
- Manage project scope, including change requests, while keeping delivery aligned with core objectives.
- Provide rapid, hands-on support during critical issues to ensure project continuity and fast decision-making.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of software or product lifecycle management.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Product Owner, Agile Coach, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Risk Management and Quality Assurance practices.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong grasp of client/business requirements.
- Fluent Azerbaijani and advanced English.
- A continuous-learning mindset, an Agile and flexible approach, and genuine commitment to delivering the best customer experience.
