О роли
- Be accountable for overall project performance against approved scope, schedule and cost baselines; direct recovery actions, make timely decisions within delegated authority and escalate matters requiring higher-level approval.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities and ensure technical deliverables, reviews, decisions and approvals are completed in line with project requirements and schedule.
- Own project change control, ensuring all changes are formally identified, assessed, approved in accordance with the applicable Delegation of Authority, incorporated into project baselines and communicated to affected stakeholders.
- Coordinate readiness for construction completion, testing, commissioning, handover and technical acceptance, including punch lists and as-built documentation.
- Lead project input to contracting and procurement strategy, tender packages, bid evaluations, clarifications and award recommendations, ensuring technical and commercial decisions support project objectives and approved budgets.
- Lead the Project Management Team and establish clear responsibilities, priorities and performance expectations across project controls, engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, quality, HSE and other relevant functions.
- Perform other project management and leadership duties consistent with the position profile as assigned by the Director of Project Management.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction, energy, or industrial projects, including at least 5 years of project management experience in oil and gas projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of project management methodologies covering integration, scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, resources, procurement, change, interfaces and stakeholders.
- Strong ability to review and analyze schedules prepared in MS Project and/or Primavera P6, including critical path, progress, forecasting and recovery planning.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- PMP certification is highly desirable; other recognized project management certifications are an advantage.
