- Lead engineering projects through Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC).
- Manage large capital budgets (CapEx), tracking costs, project variances, and financial forecasting closely.
- Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams, including mechanical, electrical, process, civil, and instrumentation disciplines.
- Enforce strict compliance with global industry standards like API, ASME, and ISO, alongside local environmental rules.
- Mitigate technical risks early by leading hazard studies like HAZOP and HAZID to avoid project drift.
- Coordinate major stakeholders, including asset owners, regulatory bodies, joint-venture partners, and sub-contractors.
- Champion safety culture, ensuring all engineering designs and site operations strictly prioritize Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience directly within the oil and gas or heavy energy sectors.
- Professional certifications such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.
- Proven contract expertise executing large-scale industry contracts like Lump Sum Turn Key (LSTK) or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).
- Strong technical literacy in engineering workflows, asset integrity, and global supply chain logistics.
