We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our products. In this role, you will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, as well as APIs, identifying potential issues, and ensuring that new features meet business and technical requirements.

You will work closely with developers and other team members throughout the development lifecycle, participate in planning and estimation, and contribute to maintaining a high standard of product quality.

• Perform manual testing of web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.
• Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test cases and checklists.
• Identify, document, and track bugs throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform re-testing and regression testing after fixes and new changes.
• Collaborate closely with the development team and other stakeholders.
• Participate in task planning and estimation.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
• Validate new functionality before product releases.
• Test end-to-end user scenarios and business flows.
• Identify edge cases and unexpected issues.
• Test user interfaces and usability (UI/UX).

Tələblər

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and the Testing Pyramid.
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive test cases and checklists.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and verification.
• Experience working with bug-tracking systems such as Jira.
• Understanding of iterative development and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong critical thinking and sense of ownership.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of test automation principles.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger.

• Validate new functionality before product releases.
• Test real-world and end-to-end user scenarios.
• Identify edge cases and non-obvious defects.
• Verify UI consistency and usability.
• Perform regression testing after bug fixes and new changes.
• Validate data using SQL and API responses when required.
