We’re Hiring: QA (Quality Assurance) Engineer
We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team and support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our quality management system in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document quality control procedures
- Support KPI definition and preparation of monthly & quarterly KPI reports
- Prepare audit plans and conduct internal & external audits
- Investigate customer quality complaints
- Prepare and present audit and investigation reports
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate closely with other departments during procedure development
- Provide quality support to production, engineering, supply chain, and other teams
- Conduct initial document reviews and ensure full traceability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or similar certifications are an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and quality-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
- Good command of English (written, reading, and speaking)
- Proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools
- Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership
