Job Description – Trainer

Role Overview

The Trainer is responsible for delivering onboarding and continuous learning programs for employees. The role focuses on developing employee knowledge, skills, and performance through structured training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and refresher training sessions.
• Develop and update training materials, guides, and knowledge resources.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and performance tracking.
• Identify learning needs and recommend development solutions.
• Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions when required.
• Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Team Leaders to address performance gaps.
• Maintain training records and reports.
• Support process and product updates by preparing relevant training content.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in training, learning & development.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain complex processes in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in training design and delivery is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with learning management systems is an advantage.
