Role Description The Warehouse Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Baku, responsible for the efficient handling and storage of materials, parts, and equipment that support airline operations. Day-to-day tasks include receiving incoming shipments, verifying documentation and quantities, and unloading goods safely using appropriate equipment. The role involves packing and preparing items for dispatch, organizing and labeling stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records in line with company procedures. The Warehouse Specialist coordinates with logistics, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure timely availability of materials, adheres to safety and security regulations, and keeps the warehouse environment clean, orderly, and compliant with aviation standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control to manage stock movements and maintain accurate records.
• Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Unloading to handle materials safely and prepare goods for storage or transport.
• Candidates should possess skills in operating a Pallet Jack and other basic warehouse equipment to move and organize items efficiently.
• Relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in aviation or a similar regulated industry.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, handle physical tasks, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems and documentation; familiarity with ERP or warehouse management software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills; ability to work shifts as required by operational needs.
• Secondary or vocational education in logistics, warehousing, or a related field; additional technical or safety certifications are beneficial.
