Managing sales orders and deliveries in respective applications (LOGON, Holcim Now, Customer portal e.t.c) Monitoring order execution and informing the Sales representatives and Customers about the delivery delaysUpdating customers on order status, payment, pallet balance and coordinating internally to resolve customer inquiries Provide general administrative support services for commercial support departmentPreparing sales, delivery and stock reports on time according to department and customer requirementsFollowing-up the customer requests and properly processing all orders from customersAssisting in preparation of sales-purchase contracts and contract related activitiesRegistering customer and sales team orders in Logistics ordering tool Providing informational support to Customers and Third parties according to approved scriptsConducting regular follow-up calls with key accounts and top customers (as defined by the supervisor) to confirm orders for upcoming days, in alignment with the Sales teamPreparing and distributing internal reports summarizing the total number of orders and order volume registered in LogonEnsuring the preparation and distribution of various reports, files and databases related to Call Center activitiesEnsuring effective coordination with the Logistics and Sales departments for the timely modification of customer ordersInforming Customers and Sales Representatives about the order modificationsEnsuring the accurate preparation, registration, validation and timely transmission of the invoices to clientsCollecting and internally communicating complaints and notifications received from company customers and product usersProviding support in the collection, processing and accurate registration of complaints in the relevant systemPreparing documents related to tenders and customer proposalsAssisting in verifying and maintaining sales documentation, including sales contractsPreparing export sales activities and related documentsThe employee may be assigned additional duties related to the position, as needed, within the department Xüsusi tələblər University degree preferably in economics, business administration or construction related fieldsMinimum 1 year of experience preferably in the construction industry with a focus on sales or customer supportGood knowledge of MS Office applicationsBasic knowledge of CRM systems and other relevant applications Basic IT literacyNative in Azerbaijani, good written and spoken English and Russian language skills
