Role Description The Manager role at Ateshgah Insurance OJSC is a full-time, on-site position based in Baku. The Manager will oversee daily operations within their assigned department, ensuring efficient workflows, adherence to company policies, and high service standards. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring team members, setting performance goals, and monitoring key metrics to support business growth. The Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives, improve processes, and support customer-focused solutions. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of operational and client service practices.
Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience in coaching, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
Operational planning and organizational skills, with the ability to optimize processes, manage workloads, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and partners at different levels.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with data-driven decision-making and reporting.
Background in insurance, finance, or related fields; prior experience in the insurance industry in Azerbaijan is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are a plus.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to transparent, client-centered service.
Proficiency with office software and management tools; familiarity with insurance systems or CRM platforms is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Baku and collaborate in a multicultural, dynamic business environment.
