Role Description The Manager role at Ateshgah Insurance OJSC is a full-time, on-site position based in Baku. The Manager will oversee daily operations within their assigned department, ensuring efficient workflows, adherence to company policies, and high service standards. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring team members, setting performance goals, and monitoring key metrics to support business growth. The Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives, improve processes, and support customer-focused solutions. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of operational and client service practices.

- Background in insurance, finance, or related fields; prior experience in the insurance industry in Azerbaijan is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are a plus.

- Proficiency with office software and management tools; familiarity with insurance systems or CRM platforms is beneficial.
