Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, website and other digital channels.
• Create content concepts, Reels, Stories, posts and campaigns.
• Write captions, social media copy, website content, product descriptions and campaign messaging.
• Develop moodboards, creative concepts, shot lists and visual references.
• Plan and coordinate photoshoots and video productions.
• Work with photographers, videographers, models, stylists and influencers.
• Create and edit photo/video content using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar tools.
• Maintain Sophie Couture’s luxury visual identity and tone of voice.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on fashion, luxury, beauty and social media trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, fashion, beauty or luxury.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills in addition to visual creativity.
• Excellent visual taste and understanding of luxury aesthetics.
• Experience with Instagram, Reels and short-form video.
• Experience creating moodboards and coordinating shoots.
• Basic photo/video editing skills.
• Creative, proactive, organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong Azerbaijanian and English writing skills; other languages are a plus.
• Portfolio of previous work required.
