Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of active B2B sales experience
- Proven experience in prospecting and acquiring new clients
- Strong skills in conducting meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Experience in selling IT solutions, software, licenses, subscriptions, or hardware
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline
- Strong focus on achieving commercial and sales targets
- English proficiency at Intermediate level
- Ability to independently identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Strong business needs analysis and consultative selling skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on commercial success
- Experience working in an IT company, system integrator, or telecommunications company
- Experience in cold sales and proactive client acquisition
- Experience in selling subscription-based services and software solutions
