Role Overview

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Handle primary accounting and daily operational bookkeeping.
• Process source documents and record transactions in the accounting system.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Calculate and process payroll.
• Prepare documents for bank compliance requests and keep KYB files up to date.
• Maintain a register of banking operations.
• Assist in preparing and submitting VAT, tax, and statutory reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as an Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good command of English or Russian (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
