О роли
Office Location - The Club Port Baku
Main Accountability
- Issuance of invoices to corporate customers on timely basis
- Keeping track of outstanding invoices
- Matching purchase orders with good receive notes and supplier invoices
- Costing supplier invoices and processing with payments using online banking system
- Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Preparation of documentation and follow up on petty cash expenses
- Assist in preparation of Financial Statements
- Assist in internal and external audit
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance is preferred;
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting;
- Understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and bank reconciliation processes;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel;
- Good command of English or Russian;
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage;
- Good attention to detail and strong numerical skills;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work accurately under pressure;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- International accounting or finance certifications are an advantage.
