Финансовый аналитик

Core Responsibilities:

Payment Operations & Accounts Payable:

• Process supplier payments, manage accounts payable activities, support daily banking operations, maintain bank accounts, and monitor cash positions.

Accounting & Financial Controls:

• Maintain local accounting records in 1C and SAP accounting processes. Perform reconciliations, financial validations, and control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Statutory Reporting & Tax Compliance:

• Prepare and support VAT declarations, statistical reports, and other local statutory reporting requirements while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and internal policies.

Reconciliations & Audit Support:

• Perform supplier/vendor and intercompany reconciliations, assist with internal and external audit requests, and support period-end closing activities.

Insurance & Regulatory Administration:

• Manage company property and vehicle insurance processes, support customs clearance and declarations, and assist with resolving banking and tax-related matters.

Query Resolution & Continuous Improvement:

• Respond to finance-related queries from business units, employees, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

• Experience in finance operations, accounts payable, payment processing, banking activities, or accounting functions.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of local accounting, tax, VAT, and statutory reporting requirements in Azerbaijan.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP and/or 1C.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3- 5 years of professional experience in accounting, finance operations, payments, banking, or treasury-related roles.
• Experience with supplier payments, bank account management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of local tax and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
