Manage pre-award and post award stages of the key engineering, consultancy and PMC contracts from start to finishAssist in preparation of tender documents and contract strategiesProvide contractual input to EPC and EPCm type of contractsDevelopment, implementation and assurance of full compliance to contractual procedures and processesMaintain contract documentation and records, monitoring key contractual milestones and deliverablesAssess, identify, and manage contractual and commercial risks and opportunitiesProvide support to forecasting, budgeting, and cost control activities from a contractual perspectiveMonitor any potential incidents of loss/damage likely to lead to an insurance claimManage project risks minimizing company exposure to financial and legal liabilitiesTogether with the project management team review, evaluate and prepare recommendations regarding contractor claims for delay, back charges, EOTs, disruptions, etcImplement contract close out activities up to formal contract closure Xüsusi tələblər Relevant bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business or similar field. Master’s degree is preferred but not essential15 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry, including at least 3-5 years of experience of managing full pre-award and post award processesGood working knowledge of Upstream Industry, its processes and business eco system Preferably mixed experience including Owner/Operator and international EPCm organizations Membership or Chartered Status of a recognized professional bodyStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong collaboration mindset, able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teamsStructured documentation and reporting skills Müraciət etmək üçün: [email protected]
