We are looking for dynamic and team-oriented colleagues to join our Visa Application Centres in Baku, Azerbaijan.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Disciplined, organized, and a strong team player

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Advanced level of English and Italian is required (Candidates without English and Italian proficiency will not be considered)

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Successful in time management and multitasking

* Preferably experienced in customer service

* Residing in Baku

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Ensuring visa application procedures are completed accurately and flawlessly

* Handling biometric data (fingerprints), data entry, and document follow-up

* Being present when passports are dispatched to the respective consulate when required

* Working in coordination with consulates and adhering to their principles and guidelines

* Supporting all necessary office operations and collaborating effectively with the assigned department
