О роли
Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with the company's strategic goals and workforce development needs;Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify organizational, departmental, and individual learning requirements;Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external training programs;Develop training materials, presentations, and learning content for various development initiatives;Design, coordinate, and continuously improve onboarding and orientation programs for new employees;Develop leadership, professional skills, and competency-based development programs;Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports on learning outcomes and program impact;Collaborate with managers to support the development of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees;Participate in the implementation and enhancement of Digital Learning Solutions across the organization;Support the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other e-learning platforms;Create and develop online training courses, microlearning modules, video-based learning materials, and interactive learning content;Organize and coordinate hybrid and virtual learning programs;Research emerging digital learning trends and recommend innovative learning solutions for implementation. Xüsusi tələblər Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field;Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related area;Proven experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and learning program design;Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills;Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning abilities;Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;Strong communication skills in Azerbaijani and English;Willingness to travel on business trips when required.
