Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled System Integrator (IT & Network Engineer) with strong experience in security systems technologies.

This role involves the design, deployment, support, and optimization of secure network environments and SQL-based applications, as well as integration of physical security systems such as Access Control, CCTV, and IDS platforms.

Eligibility Requirement: This position is open exclusively to Azerbaijani citizens.

The candidate must also demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork capabilities to effectively collaborate with colleagues and interact with clients in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls).
• Manage SQL databases — installation, configuration, performance tuning, security, and backup/restore operations.
• Integrate security solutions such as ACS, VMS, intercom, and intrusion detection systems.
• Participate in system design, installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors or third-party providers when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, network diagrams, integration workflows, and system updates.
• Ensure compliance with organizational cybersecurity and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system performance and security measures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in network engineering, database support, and system integration.
• Strong SQL administrative skills (queries, stored procedures, optimization).
• Solid understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and security controls.
• Familiarity with security systems such as:
• Access Control: Lenel, Honeywell, Gallagher, HID
• Video Management Systems: Milestone, Genetec, Pelco
• Intrusion/Alarm Systems
• Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems.
• Ability to read technical documentation and engineering drawings.
• Relevant certifications preferred: CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Security+, etc.
