Site Architect

Description

• Support day-to-day architectural works on site based on approved drawings and project specifications.
• Assist in ensuring compliance of site works with design intent, technical specifications, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams for timely resolution of architectural issues.
• Participate in site inspections, material approvals, and mock-up evaluations.
• Support preparation and review of shop drawings and as-built documentation.
• Contribute to progress reports related to site architectural activities.
• Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and project documentation under supervision.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

Specific areas of expertise:

• Site architectural supervision, shop drawings, material coordination, CAD usage

Work experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in site architecture roles
• Language and computer programs knowledge (Microsoft Office):
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office
• Fluent in Azerbaijani; working knowledge of English

Special Requirements:

• Good understanding of construction materials and detailing.
• Ability to interpret and apply architectural drawings on-site.
• Basic site coordination and communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented mindset.
