• The QA/QC Deputy Manager will support the QAQC Manager in implementing and maintaining the project quality management system, ensuring all works comply with contract requirements, approved procedures, and applicable codes and standards.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring the Project Quality Plan and QAQC procedures
• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documentation
• Supervise inspections, testing, and commissioning activities across civil, mechanical, electrical, and piping disciplines

• Conduct internal audits and site quality surveillance
• Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, and subcontractors on quality matters
• Verify material approvals, supplier documentation, and final project dossiers
• Lead and mentor QAQC engineers and inspectors on site
• Prepare periodic quality reports and support management reviews

Tələblər

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Proven experience on water desalination projects (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of international codes, standards, and QMS requirements (ISO 9001)
• Experience with large-scale EPC projects
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
