Core Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Lifecycle Ownership: Drive infrastructure projects through both pre-sales (scoping, architecture design, BOM creation, tender response) and post-sales phases (deployment, configuration, migration, and handover).

Technical Design & Architecture: Design enterprise-grade IT infrastructure solutions tailored to client business requirements, covering compute, virtualization, storage arrays, networking, and data protection.

Solution Positioning & Vendor Ecosystems: Architect solutions leveraging industry-leading technologies, incorporating enterprise portfolios from Dell, Lenovo, NetApp, Huawei, VMware, Nutanix, Cisco, Aruba, Veeam, and Red Hat.

Configuration & Sizing: Utilize manufacturer configuration and sizing tools to generate accurate Bills of Materials (BOM), validate hardware/software compatibility, and optimize cost-performance ratios.

Customer Engagement & Presentations: Deliver compelling technical presentations, architecture briefings, and proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations to C-level executives, IT directors, and technical stakeholders.

RFP/RFI Response Ownership: Lead the technical writing, scoping, and compilation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and commercial tenders.

Implementation & Deployment: Lead or oversee post-sales deployment, integration, and initial tuning of delivered infrastructure solutions to ensure seamless transition into production.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 3+ years of combined experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Implementation roles within a system integrator, value-added reseller (VAR), or enterprise vendor environment.

Core Technology Expertise:

Compute & Server Infrastructure: Deep understanding of enterprise rack, blade, and hyperconverged server architectures, hardware sizing, and high-availability configurations (e.g., Dell PowerEdge, Lenovo ThinkSystem, Cisco UCS, or equivalent).

Enterprise Storage & Data Protection: Comprehensive knowledge of SAN, NAS, and unified storage architectures, block/file/object protocols, and enterprise backup frameworks (e.g., Dell PowerStore, NetApp, Huawei storage, Veeam Backup & Replication, or equivalent).

Virtualization & Operating Systems: Expertise in enterprise virtualization platforms and operating systems, including hypervisors and Linux environments (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Nutanix AHV, Red Hat Enterprise Linux / Debian).

Networking & Enterprise Wi-Fi: Proficiency in data center and campus networking, switching, routing, and wireless infrastructure (Cisco, Aruba, Huawei network equipment).

Configuration Tooling Mastery: Proven track record of navigating complex hardware/software vendor configurators and sizing calculators.

Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and documentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

Professional-level vendor certifications (e.g., Nutanix Certified Professional - NCP, VMware VCP, RHCSA, or equivalent Cisco/Dell/NetApp credentials).

Hands-on implementation and troubleshooting experience in complex multi-vendor enterprise environments.

• Language Skills: Strong technical proficiency in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian (verbal and written).
