Əsas vəzifələr

• Produce and design check Piping plot plan, Piping, and equipment general arrangement drawings.
• Produce and design check Piping detail (fabrication) drawings (Piping isometrics and Pipe supports).
• Generate and design check piping survey scope of work and liaison with DC team for laser scan as well as tie in survey.
• Liaise closely with other disciplines to ensure all equipment requirements and vendor data are addressed in the design, specification of equipment, construction sequencing and commissioning.
• Provide value adding knowledge to constructability reviews and take consideration of layout restrictions, ergonomics, safety, utilities, and maintainability.
• Manage design team budgets, produce scope estimates and recognising and controlling scope change.
• Create and maintain Piping design deliverable list and monitor design team productivity.
• Provide timely progress /updates to Piping Lead Engineers with respect to design activities/deliverables.
• Coordinate work tasks to design team to achieve required plan dates.
• Interface with other engineering disciplines.

Tələblər

• Offshore and onshore Oil and Gas industry experience.
• Experience in 3D modelling (AutoCAD plant 3D is preferred but other similar 3D tools are considered acceptable).
• CATS&SPEC and Design application of 3D modelling tool experience. Previous experience with admin role and CATS&SPEC would be preferred.
• Competency in using Navisworks Manage.
• Design checking deliverables that conform to all applicable industry engineering codes and standards as well as the client’s policies and procedures relative to the piping and equipment being specified. Sound knowledge of relevant commonly used codes and Piping standards therefore required.
• Experience of performing studies, FEED, and detail design of Piping fabrications in an EPC environment or client role is highly preferred
• Experience in brownfield environment/project (preferred).
• Knowledge of offshore piping lay-out requirements (Design, Safety, Construction and installation and maintenance aspects).
• In depth experience of offshore safety regulations and construction requirements.
• In depth Knowledge and understanding of 2D drafting standards, In depth experience of piping drawings requirements/presentation.
• Experience in using and interacting with cloud data to develop piping design and clash check. Previous experience in using ReCAp pro or LFM would be preferred.
• Understanding and knowledge of tie-in survey data and implementing in detailed design deliverables (Flange face orientation/deflection etc.).

• BSc or equivalent in relevant Engineering Discipline
• Chartered Engineer status (preferred)
• Significant, demonstrable experience in Detailed Design Engineering and Engineering Checking
• Detailed understanding of all Engineering disciplines
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant Oil & Gas Industry Codes and Standards
• Understand the application of Autodesk Design products
• Competent in the use of MS Office applications
• Survival BOSIET/FOET (advantageous)
