О роли

Provide process engineering support throughout all project phases, including Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
Review contractor and vendor deliverables for compliance with the approved design basis, company requirements and applicable standards.
Prepare and review process design basis, philosophies, PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, calculations, datasheets and specifications.
Develop process engineering scopes of work and support technical evaluations, design reviews and contractor meetings.
Perform or coordinate process simulations, hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, relief and flare studies, and other process studies.
Support brownfield modifications, facility upgrades, debottlenecking and Management of Change activities.
Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL and other technical and process safety reviews.
Provide technical support during construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and performance testing.
Support operations in troubleshooting process issues, investigating plant upsets and recommending corrective actions.
Identify opportunities to improve production, reliability, energy efficiency and operating costs.
Support incident investigations, maintain engineering records and ensure process documents are updated as-built.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant process engineering experience in the oil and gas industry.
Experience in offshore and/or onshore production and processing facilities.
Experience in engineering projects, contractor deliverable review and operational support.
Good knowledge of oil and gas processing systems, process safety, and applicable industry codes and standards.
Experience with process simulation and engineering calculation software is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
Proactivity, responsibility, and being able to work in a structured environment.
High proficiency in written and verbal English.
