О роли

Support the development and implementation of the Operations Readiness Strategy, Plan and Schedule in alignment with the overall project execution plan.
Ensure operability, safety, maintainability and production requirements are incorporated into facility design and project execution.
Develop and coordinate operating philosophies, procedures, start-up/shutdown, emergency procedures and operating manuals.
Support the definition of the Operations organization, manpower, competencies, training and competency assurance requirements.
Ensure Operations personnel are involved in engineering, procurement, FAT/SAT, construction, commissioning and start-up activities.
Support Operations readiness for system handover, commissioning, PSSR, start-up, first hydrocarbon and production ramp-up.
Ensure operational systems, documentation, asset information and vendor data are complete, validated and fit for use prior to start-up.
Coordinate operational interfaces with Maintenance, Asset Integrity, HSE, Wells, Production, Supply Chain and other project functions.
Monitor operational readiness through readiness checklists, risk registers, action plans and readiness gates, ensuring critical gaps and punch-list items are resolved before start-up. Facilitate knowledge transfer and the controlled handover and acceptance of the facility from Project to Operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, Process, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Production Operations.
Experience with offshore platforms, gathering stations, gas treatment facilities, export terminals and/or pipelines.
Proven experience supporting commissioning, start-up and operational readiness of major projects.
Strong knowledge of Production Operations, Process Engineering, Process Safety and Operations Readiness.
Practical experience with HAZOP, PSSR, DCS/SCADA, Permit to Work, SIMOPS and Emergency Response.
Knowledge of production optimization, operating envelopes and operational performance requirements.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary project and operations teams.
