О роли

Conduct daily HSE inspections and audits, identify non-conformities, and follow up on corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with PTW, TRA/JSA, PPE, environmental, and other HSE requirements.
Conduct and support Toolbox Talks, pre-job safety meetings, and safety awareness activities.
Participate in incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and support root cause analysis.
Monitor Safety Observation Cards, identify trends, and maintain accurate HSE records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and monitor key HSE performance indicators.
Support Emergency Response Plans, drills, and emergency preparedness activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HSE, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HSE experience in the oil and gas industry.
Good knowledge of Azerbaijan’s Labour Code and applicable HSE legislation and regulations.
Practical knowledge of JSA, TRA, HIRA, and PTW systems.
Experience in HSE inspections, audits, incident investigation, and emergency response.
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification is desirable; IOSH Managing Safely is an advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced MS Office proficiency.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information.
High proficiency in written and spoken English.
