Младший координатор HSQE

LV Logistics is seeking a HSQE Junior Coordinator to join our team in Azerbaijan.

Conditions:

• Location: Crescent Bay Business Centre, Azerbaijan
• Department: HSSQE
• Working Hours: 09:00–18:00
• Reporting To: HSQE Manager

Desired Start date: 01/10/2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HSQE team in the vendor/supplier evaluation and assessment process, including collection and review of required documentation.
• Register and maintain supplier/vendor information and relevant documentation in the SharePoint/online HSQE system.
• Upload and maintain HSQE findings, observations, corrective actions, and supporting evidence in the relevant system.
• Assist the HSQE team in conducting routine warehouse and worksite inspections and follow up on identified findings.
• Conduct routine truck and trailer inspections in accordance with company requirements and applicable legislation.
• Support the HSQE team in monitoring the validity of vehicle, driver, equipment and operational certificates and licenses.
• Support incident and near-miss reporting by collecting initial information, photographs and supporting documentation and maintaining the related records..

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Quality Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in an HSQE, HSE, Quality or logistics-related role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system requirements is preferred.
• Basic understanding of occupational health and safety, environmental and quality requirements applicable to logistics operations.
• Basic understanding of risk assessment, incident/near-miss reporting and corrective action processes.
• Ability to conduct routine workplace, warehouse, truck, and trailer inspections.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and SharePoint or similar online systems.
• Willingness to travel to warehouses, sites, ports, and other operational locations when required.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is required.
