Oversee operational activities across business streams;Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across business areas;Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness;Monitor budget execution and track financial performance;Identify operational risks and implement preventive and mitigation measures;Ensure effective coordination and collaboration across different business streams;Oversee the implementation of newly introduced decisions and strategic initiatives;Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports to management;Perform these and other duties as assigned by management.

Tələblər

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Management, Operations, or Business Development;
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement mindset;
• Responsible, well-organized, and results-oriented approach to work;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with strong communication skills;
• Ability to manage and focus on multiple operational activities simultaneously;
• Understanding of the telecommunications and digital technology industries;
• Knowledge of sales, finance, procurement, logistics, and legal principles;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; proficiency in Russian is considered an advantage;
• Advanced user of MS Office applications and agile tools, particularly MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint, with strong proficiency in the use of artificial intelligence tools.
