Overall Purpose of the Job

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Supervisor 1 to lead subsea operations and supervise offshore personnel in Turkey in the safe preparation, deployment, and operation of subsea equipment. Reporting to the Senior Offshore Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring offshore operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.

Key Activities And Accountabilities

• Supervise offshore subsea operations, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently in line with company procedures and operational standards
• Lead and support offshore teams in the preparation, testing, operation, and maintenance of subsea equipment
• Verify that all equipment is fit for purpose, compliant, and technically suitable for planned operations
• Coordinate well-site support requirements to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and planning meetings to promote a strong safety culture
• Liaise professionally with client representatives and participate in operational meetings as required
• Ensure all operational reports, company documentation, and client records are completed accurately and on time
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to team members to support competency development
• Support the completion of personal competency requirements and ongoing professional development
• Assist with onshore activities, including equipment preparation, mobilisation, demobilisation, and operational reporting when required
  
  

Job Knowledge And Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong technical subsea experience combined with proven leadership capability and a commitment to safe working practices.

Essential Requirements

• Formal technical qualification in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
• Minimum of 10 years' technical experience, preferably within the subsea industry
• Proven hands-on experience with Electro-Hydraulic and/or Direct Hydraulic systems in an operational environment
• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership positio
• Strong understanding of offshore operational procedures and safety standards
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and support the development of others
