Role overview:

• We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our Logistics team and help keep warehouse and dispatch operations running safely, accurately, and on time. In this role, you will coordinate shipments, maintain reliable inventory records, and support efficient goods handling.

Location: Gabala Canning Factory, Gabala — Pepsi co-packing operations

What You'll be doing:

• Monitor incoming raw materials and packaging, verifying quantities, quality, and accompanying documentation against company requirements;
• Track stocks of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods at the co-packer’s warehouse to help prevent production interruptions;
• Coordinate timely dispatch of finished goods to customers and distribution centers;
• Coordinate vehicle bookings and arrivals for loading and unloading, monitor delivery schedules, and arrange route adjustments when needed;
• Maintain accurate ERP and WMS records, prepare shipment documentation, and enter required transport data into the AYNA government portal;
• Monitor storage conditions, stock placement, and rotation in line with FIFO/FEFO principles;
• Check vehicle weights for goods received or dispatched by weight and monitor goods handling to prevent damage and losses;
• Conduct regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile warehouse records and reports between Carlsberg Azerbaijan and the co-packer;
• Monitor compliance with 5S, food safety, occupational health, and fire safety standards, promptly reporting deviations;
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize costs.

What we’re looking for:

• University degree in a related field;
• 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.

Skills:

• Experience in the FMCG sector, preferably within food or beverage manufacturing;
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, stock control, and dispatch;
• Experience working with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS);
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office;
• Russian and English language skills at B1 level or above;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani regulations relevant to warehouse and transport operations;
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, discipline, and organizational skills.
