- Organize and coordinate international and local freight shipments.
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients.
- Plan transportation routes and monitor delivery schedules.
- Source transportation providers and obtain competitive freight rates.
- Coordinate shipments from origin to final destination.
- Ensure compliance with transportation and operational requirements.
- Maintain shipment records, reports, and logistics databases.
- Support documentation processes related to transportation and logistics activities.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding company.
- Experience in freight coordination, transportation planning, or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of international logistics and Incoterms.
- Experience with road, sea, rail, and air freight transportation.
- Good command of English for business correspondence and communication with international partners.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
