Əsas vəzifələr

• Coordinate procurement activities across assigned categories, including sourcing, tender management and supplier selection;
• Ensure the timely supply of raw materials, packaging, components, spare parts and other goods required for uninterrupted plant operations;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve procurement planning, anticipate material requirements and minimize the risk of shortages;
• Conduct market research, monitor price trends and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers;
• Identify opportunities to optimize procurement costs, inventory efficiency and departmental processes;
• Manage the procurement cycle from contract award through order fulfilment and delivery, ensuring that purchased goods meet quality and certification requirements;
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality and contractual claims;
• Maintain accurate procurement records and support documentation, and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely supplier payments.

Tələblər

• University degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics or a related field;
• 5 years of experience in procurement, including hands-on tender management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and planning skills;
• Ability to prioritise urgent requests and work effectively across several tasks;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian upper intermediate.
