Yango Support communicates with drivers and riders, directly impacting customer and partner satisfaction. We're looking for a Content Manager to own the content and style of written texts*.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating and editing macro texts for taxi drivers and riders covering a variety of situations, from routine requests to complex edge cases;
- Maintaining a knowledge base and reference materials for support operators;
- Adapting content to the cultural and linguistic context of the CIS, Turkey, and English-speaking countries;
- Participating in content quality control and tracking metrics;
- Assessing task complexity, managing deadlines, and prioritizing workload.
You might be a fit if you have:
- Native fluency in Turkish or Azerbaijani;
- C1/C2 fluency level in the other of Turkish and Azerbaijani;
- B2/C1 English fluency (written and spoken), with Russian fluency a plus;
- Experience working in a copywriting, content management, translation, or similar role;
- A clear, concise writing style you can adapt for different audiences;
- The ability to process information quickly and handle large volumes of text;
- The creativity to easily find effective phrasings for different situations;
- An attentive approach and respect for deadlines.
