О роли

· Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and the hotel website.

· Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.

· Analyze marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

· Plan and coordinate events and promotions to increase brand awareness and guest engagement

· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

· Ensure all marketing communications align with brand guidelines and company standards.

Tələblər

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.

· Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality or a multi-property environment.
