Mindset Academy is Hiring - Training Coordinator!

Mindset Academy is a marketing training center offering practical programs in Reels Making, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Generative AI. We are now looking for a responsible, proactive, and well-organized Training Coordinator to join our team.

Someone who enjoys communicating with people, can manage daily operations efficiently, and is committed to creating a positive and engaging learning experience for students can join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome students, build positive relationships, respond to their questions, and provide support throughout their learning journey.
• Prepare class schedules, coordinate lesson times with instructors, and ensure that sessions are planned and communicated in advance.
• Maintain regular communication with instructors and coordinate their schedules to ensure the smooth delivery of training sessions.
• Organize classrooms and breaks, monitor attendance, and ensure that all training activities run smoothly.
• Prepare student contracts, manage tuition fee collection and payments, and maintain the necessary administrative records.
• Meet with current students, collect feedback on their learning experience, and identify opportunities to improve the quality of training.
• Organize fun and engaging meetups with graduates to maintain relationships and strengthen the Mindset Academy community.
• Participate in class filming sessions, capture behind-the-scenes footage of lessons, and occasionally host livestreams showcasing the learning process.
• Contribute to a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for both students and instructors.
