О роли
Are you a caring, patient, and empathetic educator who believes every child deserves to thrive? We’re looking for a Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one support to a student with special learning needs, helping them adapt, engage, and progress confidently in the classroom environment.
What you’ll do:
- Support the child’s learning and behavior in a mainstream classroom setting;
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and the school psychologist;
- Help the student with focus, transitions, and social interactions;
- Observe and report on progress and challenges;
- Maintain discretion, compassion, and a student-centered approach.
