• Conduct on-site property viewings, present detailed investment propositions, and guide clients through project benefits.
• Manage sales leads from initial inquiry through negotiation to the closing of transactions and contract signing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local and international investors, corporate buyers, and property owners.
